Water Leak Detection - Prevent Floods!

A small sensor placed at water sources can save you $1,000's and even $10,000's in damage. Leaks happen and can go on for along time. If they are bad enough, they can go through the walls and to other units.
You can use a sensor, such as the Govee Water Detectors which will alert you of leaks. You can set it up to get emails and texts when this occurs, and even have it text a friend if you are out of town.
Personally, I put one under each sink, by AC's, by my Washer, and my hot water tank - anything that could leak.
They are cheap and easy to use and if you are looking for peace-of-mind they do the trick for leaks. At the very least, ensure your insurance covers you for floods and covers other units too so you are not hit with a surprise bill.
